Brown Fox Art

Why does the print colour look different to what I see onscreen?

All monitors display colour differently. Just as a home printer will also print colour differently to a professional commercial printer's output. All my artwork is printed on commercial presses, including commercial digital printers and approved by myself.

Can I order different sizes?

If you would like a larger size than listed in the shop, please email and ask for a custom price.

Do you do commissions?

Please email me any requests for commissions. It will depend on my workload as to whether I can take a commission on or not.

What does limited edition mean?

My artwork is produced using pen and watercolour and the original is scanned into the computer and a set number are printed. Each limited edition piece is signed by me. You will get a Certificate of Authenticity with each artwork, signed and numbered. When the set print run is exhausted, no more of that artwork will be released.

How is your artwork shipped?

All prints are carefully rolled with tissue paper and placed into a cardboard mailing tube with Certificate of Authenticity. They are then posted and tracked by Australia Post. All postage within Australia is $10. Please contact me for international postage prices.

How does being dyslexic help your art?

Dyslexia means having difficulty with words and letters. I've always had difficulty reading and writing, but my visual memory is over the top. I think in pictures and I can see pictures in my mind. When it comes to drawing, I usually research my chosen topic using Google and find images of the piece I want to draw from all different angles. That gives me an excellent idea of how the item looks in detail, in 3D. I then draw from the constructed image in my head, which brings together all these different angles.
